How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over $50 ship free to the contiguous United States. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time but is on the roadmap. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it launches.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number on the carrier's website to follow your package in real time. If you don't receive a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at support@pulseandplay.store.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, email support@pulseandplay.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1 business day.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is defective or we made an error, we cover return shipping. If you're returning for any other reason, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Email support@pulseandplay.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — within 2 business days of confirmation.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Most products carry a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Manufacturer warranties vary by product and are noted in individual product listings where applicable.

Are your products compatible with iPhone and Android?

Compatibility varies by product. Each product listing includes a compatibility section. If you're unsure whether something works with your setup, email us at support@pulseandplay.store before purchasing and we'll give you a straight answer.

How do I contact support?
